ZDF has picked up the German format rights for entertainment variety show I Can Do That!.

Endemol Shine Germany will produce a local version of the Armoza Formats-created series featuring host Steven Gätjen. It is due to premiere in February.

I Can Do That! takes a group of celebrities out of their comfort zones by challenging them to perform such live acts as singing, dancing and magic, among other things.

Israel-based Armoza has licensed the format in more than 20 countries, including the U.S., Spain, Finland, the Netherlands, Mexico, India, Albania, Croatia and Vietnam.

In September, Warner Bros. International Television Production acquired the UK and Argentinian format rights. London-based indie Wall to Wall will produce the British version.
