Escapade Media makes move for U.S. expansion

Jessica Stonehouse, formerly of Martha Stewart Omnimedia, joins the Australian company to expand its presence in the U.S. and U.K. markets.

Australian international TV and film sales agent Escapade Media has added Jessica Stonehouse to its team as head of sales, partnerships and business development, U.K. and U.S. Storehouse, who will be based in New York City, brings an established integrated marketing background and diverse knowledge of and experience with international markets to the role, according to the company.

Prior to landing at Escapade, Stonehouse served as the head of partnerships & marketing events at Food Network EMEA where she led efforts around driving tune-in and traffic to linear and non-linear platforms. She’s also held roles at other big broadcasters, including UKTV and the BBC in the U.K. and Showtime in Australia. Most recently, she served as associate director of events & partnerships at Martha Stewart Omnimedia, where she was responsible for overseeing events and executing top tier integrated marketing campaigns for sales and marketing.

Escapade shops titles in the factual, drama and kids content genres.
