Leftfield Pictures casting exec Danielle Gervais (pictured) has been promoted to head of casting for all of Leftfield Entertainment, which has bolstered its team with a number of promotions.

Prior to joining Leftfield Pictures as its head of casting, Gervais cast series for OWN, History, A&E, HGTV, Lifetime and Discovery, among others. She also spent three years casting ABC series Wife Swap.

Also, Tonko Soljan has been upped to VP of business affairs. The exec joined Leftfield in 2010 and later served as executive in charge of production before moving into the business division. Prior to Leftfield, Soljan oversaw production on Discovery’s Storm Chasers and MTV’s Teen Mom and also worked as head of production for the doc prodco Entropy Films.

Finally, Danielle DiStefano has been promoted to VP of post production. DiStefano’s roles prior to Leftfield include working as a post-production supervisor on Discovery’s Dual Survival, serving as a digital media manager for the 2012 London Olympics, and also working as a post-production supervisor and digital media manager on MTV’s Wait ‘Til Next Year.

All three execs are to work across Leftfield Entertainment prodcos, including Leftfield Pictures (Pawn Stars), Sirens Media (The Real Housewives of New Jersey), Loud TV (Tiny House Nation) and Outpost Entertainment (Icons).

“It’s incredibly gratifying to promote talented, key people who work hard to make Leftfield better every single day,” said Leftfield Entertainment CEO Brent Montgomery in a statement.

“I’m thrilled to elevate Danielle Gervais to head of casting for all of Leftfield Entertainment, who will help us continue to break through with compelling and surprising characters for all of our series,” he added. “Tonko has been an invaluable part of our Leftfield family since 2010, making our business affairs department stronger than ever, and Danielle DiStefano brings a rich level of experience to post – so crucial to delivery of our shows.”
