Montreal-headquartered format prodco and distributor Media Ranch has just sold its newly-acquired game show format Watch! to three international prodcos.

Created by veteran producers Dan Munday and John Kirhoffer, Watch! sees two teams of four watching an elaborate variety show. The team with the best memory of what they’ve watched is then best positioned to take home the most money.

Production partners Talpa Germany, WeMake from France and Matchbox Pictures, an NBCUniversal International Studios company from Australia, have all optioned Watch! in their respective territories.

Media Ranch is bringing the format to MIPCOM in October to drum up more global interest.

Watch! is an exhilarating, multi-action family program that tests everyone’s memory,” said Sophie Ferron, founder, president and executive producer at Media Ranch, in a statement.

“We are thrilled that industry-heavyweights with strong track records – Talpa Germany, WeMake and Matchbox Pictures — understand the enormous entertainment value that Watch! brings to the stage.”
