A+E Networks has just launched Skills + Thrills, an all-new channel that features high-octane shows from the A+E library – including viewer favourites such as Ice Road Truckers, Top Gear, Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour, Duck Dynasty, Top Shot and The Strongest Man in History; as well as non-fiction series like Hunting Hitler and The Curse of Civil War Gold.
It will be available on The Roku Channel, rolling out across major streaming platforms in the coming months.
Skills + Thrills is the latest FAST (free, ad-supported streaming television) channel from A+E Networks to premiere this past year, joining Lively Place (award-winning premium lifestyle series), and Crime 360 (a look inside real-life criminal investigations).
“Fueled by A+E Networks’ hugely successful cache of premium library content, Skills + Thrills serves fans with the shows they want in programming blocks that are tailored to their interests,” said Steve MacDonald, President, Global Content Licensing & International, A+E Networks. “We’re glad to partner out of the gate with Roku, reaching their extensive audiences across The Roku Channel and creating tremendous value for A+E’s content through their incredible ad monetization. We are equally excited to introduce Skills + Thrills to additional partners and fans over the coming months.”
