Toronto-based lifestyle and documentary prodco Si Entertainment has promoted Solange Attwood (pictured) to VP of sales and development.

Toronto-based lifestyle and documentary prodco Si Entertainment has promoted Solange Attwood (pictured) to VP of sales and development.

Attwood was previously the director of sales, heading up Si’s distribution division when it launched in 2010. Prior to joining Si, she was a manager of sales and acquisitions at Tricon Films & Television.

Si Entertainment’s catalog includes Leave it to Bryan, House of Bryan and Disaster DIY for HGTV. “Solange has done an amazing job creating our catalog from the ground up. Our distribution arm is only two years in and we already have over 400 hours of top-tier programming and expanding into more genres all the time,” said Frank Halbert, president and executive producer at Si Entertainment.
